    Although TCSS is seeing higher reports of flu in a few isolated areas, our system is not experiencing high reports of flu district-wide or large increases in absences. We're working to keep it that way!

    TCSS is working to fight flu, and you can help.

    Fever: If you have a fever, stay home at least 24 hours after you no longer have a fever, without the use of fever-reducing medications.

    Wash Hands: We're encouraging hand washing in our schools and making sure hand washing supplies are readily available.

    Clean: Routinely clean surfaces that are touched often, such as phones, desks, and computer keyboards.

    Flu Vaccine: If you have not had a flu vaccination, it is not too late to get one. The Centers for Disease Control encourages flu vaccination as long as flu viruses are circulating.
