More and more students are benefiting from the growth of career technical education across our county. The new Hillcrest Career Technical Annex houses Welding, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, and Architecture and Construction programs. The annex hosted a grand opening event on November 30. Career tech programs help prepare students for great career opportunities, to continue their education beyond high school, and to meet important needs in our state and local workforce.
