• Hello! I’m Miss Hill and I teach 4th Grade! I have also taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 3rd grade. This will be my 19th year teaching, with the last 16 years at Maxwell. I love being outdoors, when it’s not incredibly hot! Camp McDowell is my favorite field trip (see pic) I love doing science experiments, teaching math, and leading small group/team projects, YAY! At home I have 2 dogs and several acres to take care of. I love baking cupcakes, reading, designing/building things, and going to lunch or dinner with friends. I have been secretary of the Alabama Gymnastics Board for several years and love going to the meets to cheer on our team! Christmas is my favorite! 
     
    I am a graduate of UA, with a Masters from UWA in elementary education. I love teaching!
