Kindergarten

My name is Ronda Kimbrough, and this is my 19th year of teaching and my 16th at Maxwell. I enjoy relaxing outside with a good book (particularly those featuring vampires) and spending time with my family. Sci-fi movies are one of my guilty pleasures. I love being able to go to Amelia Island each summer for vacation and spending time at the hunting camper during the winter. I love salads with lots of dressing. My favorite drink is Dr. Pepper, although I try to avoid it. I love sleeping in late now that my kids are older. I have a stepson in California who is a physical therapist, a daughter that’s 20 at the University of Alabama, and a son that’s 16 that attends Hillcrest. I love the strong connections I’ve built with my students and their families over the years at Maxwell and see them as an extension of my family.
