    Education  
    • Graduated from Theodore High School in Mobile, Alabama. 
    • Bachelor's Degree in Resource Management from Troy State University Montgomery.   
       
    Experience  
    • This is my twelfth year of teaching Junior ROTC at Tuscaloosa County High School.
    • Taught Junior ROTC at Brookwood High School in Brookwood, Alabama from 2008 - 2011.
    • Taught Senior ROTC at The University of Alabama from 2007 - 2008.
    • Taught Junior ROTC at Carver High School in Birmingham, Alabama from 2005 - 2007.
    • Taught Senior ROTC at Mississippi State University from 2013 - 2014.
    • I retired from the U.S. Army after twenty-eight years of service - 15 years enlisted and 13 years as an officer.  During my career, I was privileged to serve in a variety of jobs including Special Forces, logistics, chemical, psychological operations, and recruiting.

    • Born in Mobile, Alabama.
    • I have been married to my wife, Tina, since 1985.  We have five sons, four daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.
