All About Me
My name is Brandy Sumrall. I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University. I have fourteen years of teaching experience. Currently, I am working toward a master's degree at the University of West Alabama. I am married to Larry Sumrall. We have two beautiful children. Our daughter, Savannah, is twenty-five and recently graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a bachelors of science in education degree. She teaches fourth grade at Vance Elementary. Our son, Sidney, is twenty-two and works in industrial construction as a welder. He is married with one son, Weston, and one on the way. I enjoy sports, travel, and spending time with family and friends. I attend Hepzibah Baptist Church where I enjoy helping with the youth and college ministry. I am passionate about teaching children because they are our future. I fell in love with the Brookwood community when our family moved here nine years ago. I am very excited about another great year at Brookwood Elementary!
