    My name is Cassidy Edwards, and this is my 8th year as a Social Worker with the Tuscaloosa County School System. I received my Bachelors Degree in Human Development/Family Studies with a concentration in Child Development in 1997 and my Masters Degree in Social Work in 2006 from the University of Alabama.  I worked in child welfare with the Tuscaloosa County Department of Human Resources. I have a son, Connor, who is 19 years old and in his sophomore year of college at the University of Alabama. I'm orginally from Winston County, Alabama but have been lived in Tuscaloosa since 1993. I love the Tuscaloosa community and feel blessed to have made my home here. Some of my interests include enjoying the outdoors, hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, tailgaiting, concerts, and spending time with family and friends. I am looking forward to another wonderful year buidling relationship with students and families. Roll Tide!
