      Immunization Requirements for School-Aged Children in Alabama

      Please note that school immunization requirements have been revised.  The following link will provide parents and school personnel with the most up to date information regarding school immunization requirements for students attending school in Alabama:

      Alabama Immunization Law

      Pursuant to the new requirements, all students entering sixth grade, beginning fall of 2010, will be required to provide a new, updated Alabama Certificate of Immunization.
