      I realized Counseling was my passion when I noticed the joy I gained from helping all students with their needs - from making sure that a student had the proper supplies to checking on a student to see if he/she okay emotionally.  There is so much more in between and although I may not have all of the answers, I know this - I want to help students succeed! I enjoy being the Counselor at Hillcrest Middle because I can help others reach their goals.

      My background includes teaching Mathematics in the middle school and high school setting.  Those experiences allow me to effectively reach the students here at HMS. Since August 2016, I have focused on helping students be the best version of themselves.  Together we succeed; together, we are PATS!
