My name is Delois Black and I will be your child’s 4th grade teacher this year! I am married and have two adorable Yorkies- Morgan and Mason 🐶. I was born and raised in Tuscaloosa and obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees and my Instructional Leadership certification from The University of Alabama. Roll Tide!! My teaching career began in the Tuscaloosa City Schools system in 2007. I taught in the Hoover City School System for 3 ½ years and this is my second year at Englewood Elementary. Not only am I a teacher, but I am also a Realtor®️ with EXIT Capstone Realty.
