    How can you help your child during testing?

    •   Be sure that your child is at school and on time every day!
    •  Have your child go to bed early enough to get plenty of sleep.
    •  Make sure your child is up in time to eat a healthy breakfast each morning.
    •  Allow your child to wear his/her favorite comfortable clothes. Lay them out the night before testing to avoid rushing in the morning.
    •  Ask your child to do as well as he/she can. You may want to think of something that would be very pleasing to your child and offer it as a reward following the test.
    •   Express confidence in your child’s ability to do well.
    •   If your child wears glasses, please make sure that he/she has them for testing.
