    This is my 31st year in education.  During this time, I have taught all grade levels K-6, including gifted education. 

    Bio

     I grew up in Corner, AL, a small community much like Buhl, where I graduated from the same high school as my parents and grandparents.  I married my high school sweetheart, David, and have been married for 34 years.  His job has taken us to live in several different places including New Orleans, LA, Tifton, GA, and Meridian, MS.  We were delighted to have the opportunity to move to Northport 16 years ago and live closer to our family.  We have two beautiful daughters ages 28 and 20.
