    I graduated from The University of Alabama in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Multiple Abilities, which includes Early Childhood, Elementary Education and Special Education.
    Experience
    I worked as a loan officer at a local credit union for eight years before returning to school to complete my education.  I have experience teaching fourth grade, 1st grade, kindergarten and special education K-5 and PreK.  I sincerely love teaching and my goal as an educator is to create an empowering classroom atmosphere where all children become successful students!
    Bio
    I am married to Dennis Holcomb,  who is retired from Tuscaloosa Fire/Rescue Service, and we have three children- Brolin, Brady and Julia.  We are active members of Five Points Baptist Church in Northport.  In my spare time I enjoy scrapbooking, reading, going to the beach and attending Alabama Football and Gymnastics events.
