We want to share information with you regarding a situation on our campus earlier today. This morning, we requested assistance from law enforcement, due to concerns about a possible illegal substance on campus. Officers, along with a detection dog, came to assist with the search. While officers were conducting the brief search, no students were allowed to leave their classrooms, but normal instruction continued within the classrooms. The search did not recover any of the illegal substance for which officers were searching.
