• Greetings, I am Ms. Long! I teach 8th grade Physical Science here at Davis Emerson Middle School. I have two small little women, ages 2 & 4, that keeps me on my toes. In a town where everyone shouts "ROLL TIDE!", I completed my undergraduate at The University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Environmental Science. Currently I am completing my graduate program for Early Childhood Education online. I worked in the Early Childhood Education field for for six years and now I am completing my fourth year of Secondary Education. This will be my second year returning to teach Science at DEMS, I look forward to diving into this unique school year we have ahead of us!!
