• Education:
     
    I am originally from Priceville, Alabama. I graduated in 2008 from Priceville High School and moved to Tuscaloosa to attend The University of Alabama. I graduated in May 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. After teaching for 2 years I continued my education and graduated in May 2016 with my Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from The University of Alabama. 
     
    Experience:
     
    My first teaching job was as a Special Education teacher at Brewer Porch Children's Center in 2013. I worked in the Outpatient Day Treatment program for 3 years. I began working at Cottondale Elementary in August of 2016. I am currently teaching PreK - 2nd Grade Special Education and am excited for my fifth year here at Cottondale!
     
    Bio:
     
    I was born and raised in Priceville, AL which is near Decatur, AL. I lived in the same house with my mom, dad, and sister until 2008 when I graduated high school and moved to Tuscaloosa to attend UA. Roll Tide! In my free time I like hiking with my dog, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends. I am looking forward to another fantastic year at Cottondale and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!
