         I am Mrs. Shinstock, and I teach 5th Grade. I joined the Cottondale Elementary staff in 2012. I am truly fortunate to be a part of such a wonderful faculty and staff!

       I graduated from Jacksonville State University receiving a BS degree in Elementary Education. I taught at Pleasant Valley Elementary in Jacksonville, Al for three years. Due to a job transfer with my husbands job, we moved to Tuscaloosa in 2012.
      
       I am very blessed with an awesome family. I have been married to my husband Chris for over 30 years. We have a son,Tyler, and a daughter, Kathryn. In my spare time, I absolutely love to fish, hunt, camp, beach,and watch Alabama football. Roll Tide Roll!
