I am excited to begin year number 18 with the Tuscaloosa County School System at Maxwell Elementary School. I provide Speech-Language Pathology services to grades Pre-K-5. I studied Communicative Disorders as an undergraduate at The University of Alabama and completed my M.S. degree there as well in 1999 in Speech-Language Pathology. I began my career in the private practice and skilled nursing facility/ rehabilitation settings prior to coming to Maxwell Elementary. It has been my honor to work with the wonderful people at Maxwell that I think of as 'family' at this point. I have the opportunity to serve children in all grade levels that have speech or language/ communication special needs. I received my M.S. degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Alabama ( Roll Tide! ) and have been a practicing SLP for 20 years. I am originally from Stevenson, AL, where I lived for 19 years prior to moving to Tuscaloosa for college. I am proud to call Tuscaloosa my second home and love working with our Maxwell children and their parents in the Duncanville community. I am married to Tripp Marshall and we have a 4 year-old son, Mason, and a hyper, yet lovable beagle puppy named Bama. I am truly excited to begin a new school year with our sweet students at Maxwell! We reside in the Big Sandy community in Tuscaloosa County and love Alabama Football!
